A slow‑fermented sourdough packed with character. The special blend of wheat flour with malted wheat, rye and oat flakes gives a soft, tasty crumb, while maize grits, sesame, linseed, millet and sunflower seeds add crunch. Finished with a generous mixed seed coating.
